Hello Rowdy Nation. I am not sure if this is the appropriate venue for this or not but here goes... Due to a schedule conflict I have two tickets to the Bristol Cup race in March that I can not use. I am offering them up for sale to the Rowdy Nation. I am too scared to sell them on Ebay because you never know who will get them and if they will gett kicked out of the race and I will lose my tickets. I figure Rowdy fans are real race fans that want to enjoy the race. The tickets are in row 31 on the backstrecth (really good). They cost $93 each and with shipping and all that it came to around $200, so that is what I am asking. I am not trying to make money off of these I just hate to eat the cost and have them go to waste when someone else can enjoy the race. I will reply to the first person that sends me a message at Rowdy and we can make a plan.
All this talk about the nice flag the girls put up at Dover Got me thinking. Why doesn't Rowdy make a standard 3 x 5 flag they could sell to the nation. I go to 3 to 5 races a year and would be happy to hang one on my flag pole along with my 8 and Bristol Flag. It could help members of the Rowdy nation help find each other, too. If you were walking through a campground or parking lot and saw the flag you could stop by and introduce yourself and swap a few stories. It would be an easy way to bring the nation together think it would be cool to have members of the nation stopping by my tailgate party for a beer. Well, just a thought.
I just don't get it. He may try and out his car into the same places Dale did but there is one place he hasn't put it yet.... VICTORY LANE Until then heis just an over aggressive driver that hasn't done anything in a cup car yet.
As much as I am excited about JR getting his chance to run the show I am also torn about what is ultimately the demise of company founded by Dale Sr. . Who will DEI have left, Paul Menard? Is it possible that his will be the wakeup call Theresa needs? Is it posible she has painted herself into a corner and will do the right thing and give DEI to its rightful owners, Dale's Children?
Did anyone notice that since Jr's negotions were put on hold he scored 2 top 10's? I hope the DEI did. Maybe they will do the right thing and get this over with so he can get back to racing.
Buck and Bass were not kidding, this is a great bunch of folks. Thanks for all the tips but the photo thing is still not working for me. I'll just wait for Rusty to get back. I've got some cool pics from Bristol with one very cool anti-20 pic (although I'm not anti-20). I camped next to some hardcore 17 fans from Wisconsin. To say the least they were not Stewart fans Thanks again.
Hello Rowdy Nation- This is my first blog so I hope it works. I've been listening to Rowdy everyday for the last 4 months and think it is great. I finally dedided to try the website. I tried to upload a picture for about half an hour and gave up. I could use a tip or two. Looking forward to todays podcast with Ward on the way to work tomorrow and looking forward to chatting a little Nascar with some knowlegable people.
