My first race of the season - Martinsville - heading out Friday!
Well, we are finally here - Martinsville! Short track racing at it's best. The weather is looking great and I am ready to hit the road!! We are hitching up the 5th wheel and heading out Friday morning. It's a 6 hour drive from Maryland, but well worth it.
I just got a new Nikon D40 digital SLR camera and I'm looking forward to taking lots of pictures of the track this year. I'll post some of the better ones here on Rowdy.com after I get back.
I always enjoy a Martinsville hotdog at the track - or maybe 2 or 3 or 10. :-) If you haven't had a Martinsville hotdog, try one. You don't know what you are missing!

Is it just me, or does anybody else really dig the Rowdy Podcast outro music. That groove sticks in my head all day long.

Had a great time watching the Daytona 500 at Seacrets in Ocean City, MD on Sunday. My wife is a diehard Ryan Newman fan so of course she couldn't be happier.
Now it appears I am actually leading the Rowdy Driver Zone!?! Sweet!
