Hey Rick! I enjoyed listening to you talk about pit strategy with the Rowdy Boys. Stuff like that is so cool for a NASCAR fan like me, coming from a NASCAR driver like you. Keep up the great work Rick, I'll keep listening!

Don White, Blankenships ?
Rick Lorenz
Why aren't you playing Driver Zone? I figure you could be the winner each segment!
Enjoyed watching you race and now am enjoying listening to your insights on the podcast.
What's the deal ? Ken Schrader is fav and yet gets no Christmas card. ?
We've had the pleasure of watching him race on dirt tracks here in Wisconsin. And he's a favorite here also.
It's funny, when Racer 187 and I started watching Cup racing, you were there. Now when I see your face and hear your voice on the podcast I feel as if I've known you for nearly 20 years! You too?
Hi Rick, I posted a blog about Rivalries, any input? Hope you are well : )
Hey Mr. Mast, Loved you on the podcast the other day. I think they guys should make you a regular. that would be cool to get your thoughts before a race. have a great day. your friend in Rowdy!
You did an awesome job on the podcasts this weekend! I really hope you will get the chance to do it again soon :)
Great job on the the podcast today! Would like to hear you in the studio more often.
You're awesome old school ! Love to hear you talk on Rowdy! No B.S. tell it like it is.
Hey, Rick! Any good pointers from a seasoned veteran to a wanna be? Searching for grassroots information. Please Advise
Rick! You Rock! And you are ROWDY! Have a Happy New Year!
Hey Rick... Hope you have a Happy New Year!!
YOU ARE THE LIGHT i am a mere mortal!
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a ROWDY New Year!!!
Rick, Have a great Christmas and I wanted to let you know I really enjoy your contribution to the show. You really give us the inside scoop on what its like to be a driver...what I'm sure most of us would wish to be, at least for a day!!
Did you really hang up on Richard Childress to take a call from Bass? Did you tell him why you had to go?
Rick, Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you're having a great one.
Happy Thanksgiving, Rick! I love hearing your segments of the podcasts.
Hey Mr. Mast, Just thought I'd stop by and say hope you have a great thanksgiving.
What am I going to do for the next 3 months???
Great to hear you on a regular basis Rick! Hope you don't mind my Avatar!
You Rock>>Therefore You Rowdy!!!
Well...close enough ain't good unless you're throwin' horseshoes or hand grenades. Aw hell...my boy done good...he raced his heart out. I can't ask for more than that.
Great article on Nascar.com! Good to see you get some love ... :)
Ahhh...a sideways slide coming off Turn 4 on the last lap at Rockingham...second only to Earnhardt...what could be better! You done good, Rick Mast.
I was reading the "Rowdy as a Sitcom" forum and giggling a little until I hit your "Lost in Space" comment and guffawed! Yes ... an outright guffaw!
Is there any chance I can convince you to make the drive to Charlottesville this weekend? Lauren, Kerry, Jana, and I will all be in town and it would be a HUGE thrill to meet you. HUGE!
Heading to Lexington, VA this weekend and will make sure to slow down and honk as I head out to Goshen
Thanks for the add...
Hope you're doing well.
Give me a shout.
Have a good one.
Matt Kenseth at Bristol -- "All I can taste is exhaust, I'm going to throw up in a minute." Wow - he was really sick from all the exhaust! Carbon monoxide, I assume? That was one crappy weekend for the 17. I hope he's ok.
Ok, Rick I have a Toyota/JGR question. If they do switch manufacturers, do you think there is any chance Tony will leave? He has said some not nice things about Toyota entering the sport in the past. Or do you think he'll suck it up? He has so many ties to Chevy though...
We were worried that you didn't make the trip to 2.0. Reinventing the wheel isn't the worst thing... as long as you make it faster.
Just checkin' in to make sure the new site didn't erase you! Hope you're having a good summer! Did you slaughter that 8 cow yet? LOL!
Good to see the Man, the Myth...the guy with a really cool helmet has own page up Way to Elmers
Great picture Glad to have you just hang out with us
Whoa. The Rowdy Nation pouring the love all over the Rickster.
Rick, we know that Buck and Bass are full of opinions and what you think of them. When you have the time, if you could wander around to some of our blogs and tell us what you think of what we have to say, it would be greatly appreciated. Good, bad, or indifferent, we would like to hear your critiques of the Rowdy Nation.
Rick - I'm so thankful that you're on the show each week to set the record straight for Buck and Bass
Hey Rick, As a life long F1 fan, I only started watching NASCAR in 2002. Your interviews on Rowdy have really helped me understand the sport and the history of NASCAR. Thanks. Mike in Toronto, Canada
Rick Mast What an honor. I am VERY pleased to see you have a page. Not to sound like Jeff Gordon, but this is going to be awesome I am excited about this. By the way I like how you called your self the glue that holds Rowdy together
Awesome. Glad you're here to give us the real deal on what a driver is thinkin Of course there are some that just don't. I always enjoy your segments in the show. Keep up the outstanding work.
Hey Rick Wondering if you were going to be computer literate enough to do this this fun internet stuff.. You have improved 100% from the ole days I finally got a life and now i am back to my love of NASCAR.. It's not the same from the old MASTFAN days.. but still close.. will you be anywhere near bristol?? next week?? Glad to see you back Lstewy
Wow...is it really The Rick Mast What an honour. (Canadian spelling) I do appreciate the insight and expertise that you put in the rowdy podcast.
Hey Glue, call me. I need to put you on the show tomorrow
Rick - you're cows rock. You should be very, very proud.I think I feel a new photoshop project brewing...
Sweet, Me and Jeff were schooled by pretty much the same veteran drivers coming through the ranks years ago. Cheap shots and whinning about things were not tolerated. If you did not understand then things would happen that made your head hurt. (I mean your head would actually hurt) It was really a very simple process. Rick
Lauren, Everybody always wanted to know the name of the cow I sold for my first race car. The truth is after midnight her name became Baaaaaby.
Glad to hear from you, Rick. It really helps to have a driver tell us what the heck is really going on sometimes because it's easy for u s, on the outsode looking in, to make some rash assumptions that could be way off the mark. Looking forward to more.
Buck was saying on the podcast how you zip through the curves on the roads around your farm. I was thinking about that when driving up the curvey mountain road today to Boone. I decided not to zip, as a mistake would have been worse than ending up in a field.
Future Rick Mast...kinda like the Goshen Pass. www.rowdy.com/easttennmot...
Dude..check this out...http://www.rowdy.com/easttennmotors/blog/view_post.one?pid=86277
Just saw the video of your trophy room, thanks for letting us in. :) My favorite part though is when you smacked Buck upside the head LOL
Rick, we are all so glad that you're a part of Rowdy I love the unique perspective that you provide. Thank you.

Hi Rick Your comment is hands down my favorite I am very superstitious but real estate is tough in NYC. I don't think I'll be able to actually cheer for the 24- but I'll try to be more open. For the record I have always hated $50, I was clearly meant to be a fan... Have a great Holiday weekend and thank you for your comment
I wanted to ask, are you going to have to slaughter the 8 cow now? LOL
What? are you talking about the time the King wrecked you in turn 2 and you woke up in turn 4 at Bristol? Am I right?
speaking of bristol, what do you think about them paving it, good or bad move? personally i think darlington will end up being a mistake who knows maybe itll go back to the early days where people ran the apron and the banking now that would be some good old school racing...
Hey Rick. Come on over to Greg's blog and give us some insight on inspection, please. We're a little unsure of the process. www.rowdy.com/gregmcc/blo...
Hey Rick, When you get a chance could you give us some input on exactly what went on with Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordons cars and if you feel that NASCAR was right with the fines. Also, does it make sense to you that two of Hendricks cars passed the inspection and two did not? or is that a common thing when you basically have two shops owned by the same owner? Thanks for your help.
Rick, Kerry, Sadie and I are planning a trip down to C-Ville sometime in the upcoming months and we're going to try and get Buck, Bass, Cutler and Rusty together for some Rowdiness. Would love if you could join us. Keep it in the back of your mind and I'll let you know when we finalize the date. It would be a treat to meet you.Keep up the great work on Rowdy. I always enjoy your segments.
Hi Rick, So Sadie, Kerry and I will be in C-Ville the weekend of October 13-14th. Rumor has it we will be watching the race at Buck's house. Do you think you can come? Let me know. We'll bring you goodies from NYC. Hope you can make it.
Just wondered your thoughts about NASCAR having a dedicated safety crew that went from track to track, instead of using the local Fire/EMS
