I just saw this from the SRL league: Tour of the new Kern County Speedway, Dec. 8, 10:00am to 11:30am. I-5 at County Road 43 (Northwest corner of intersection), west of Bakersfield. I still haven't looked into the new track, but if they're giving tours, sounds like they'll be ready for racing next year!
