Does any one else sense the sport is getting back some needed juice?
Jr wins, yippee, obvious, half the sport is happy, NASCAR is happy, obvious stuff.
Kyle Busch is creating interest and excitement, hate him, love him, it creates some fun for all of us - not a fan personally.
Joey Lagano - boy superstar, at least so ordained by everyone in the world - has been delivering the mail on time, gotta love it when the snotty kid spits back in your eye.
Kenseth returns - the silent assassin back to running strong the way life should be.
Kasey Kahne is running the best he has in two plus years, all the ladies have to be happy, actually I am too
Harvick and Stewart are returning to the mix, can a big fight be far behind (beside Smoke jumping teams)
Burton could win the Sprint cup in the AT&T machine.
Not much from JJ, which is fine by me, a little dull and too polished at the same time for my taste.
Stories, stories, drama, competition, love it, love it, am I alone is my sense the worm has turned and the rest of the season should be a ton of fun.
Ditto. The season so far in my opinion has been more exciting than all of the 2007 season. Hopefully, as we go it will continue to get better.
I think of late it has become exciting, but I am not sure that I share the opinion that the entire season so far has been exiting. I recall a lot of races where it was follow-the-leader (particularly the cookie cutter tracks, which is like half the races) and passing was ridiculously difficult (weren't they supposedly fixing that with the COT?). Junior finally winning, Logano looking like the next big thing, and Kahne returning to his winning ways have given the last few weeks some much needed energy. Look, I'm no "hater" of the COT, but I'm just not convinced yet that the overall product is that much better, if any, than in prior years. Hoping my mind somehow gets changed on that though...
I'm lovin it! I think we're having one hell of a good season and I'm lookin forward to the chase. Go Junior!!!!!
