I starting watching racing last year and I can't get enough of it. However, the more I watch and the more info I get the more questions I find myself asking. For instance after yesterday's Darlington Race I really starting wondering what’s the different between a top tier team and a 2nd tier team. Is it money, engineering, or is it team management. For instance during yesterdays race Kasey Kahne (my favorite driver) was complaining about engine power problems. Now granted Kasey was driving a backup car, but is there really an excuse for giving your driver a car with an engine which can't compete. So Ne-ways I would love your comments on what makes a good team a great team.
Well about a year ago my brother (who is a member of rowdy as well "only6foot6") called me up and told me I was going to play in a fantasy NASCAR league that he was creating. I said "sure I have nothing better to do Football is over." A few weeks later Daytona was here and I was hooked I can't get enough of NASCAR, and this off season has been torture. Coming from a hardcore Football fan I've grown a custom to the never ending flow of information. You can go online a read hundreds of bits of info about any team, player, coach and their girlfriends. So today I have a comment and a question. First my comment, as NASCAR is growing into one of the big three of main stream sports, I really feel they need to embrace there new fans with information. Last, since NASCAR doesn't want to throw me the info that I seek, I humbly ask the Rowdy nation. When you guys aren't listening to the rowdy pod cast where do you go for your NASCAR fix.
