Like most people, I was looking for a NASCAR podcast and found Rowdy. That Buck & Bass are funny and smart.....like me.
Why I'm a race fan:
When I was a kid, my mom used to take me and my brothers to Ascot in Torrance, CA. I've been hooked ever since.

Vegas has an attendence problem???
I was reading some where that "...attendence was down at Fontana and Las Vegas this year...". I'm not sure where that notion comes from. Just check out my picture as the field goes to green for the UAW/Dodge - 400 this year in Las Vegas. Doesn't look like any empty seats to me.....
I agree with you Heysi. My wife and I were at the Vegas race last year, and the joint was packed full of people. It took our bus one hour to get from its parking space to the highway after the race. It took another hour after that to get us back to the Strip.

...from what I understand, they removed about 10,000 seats from the speedway in time for this year's race. They said it was the lowest attended NASCAR race in Vegas since 2004...

Chief: I have to commend you for your excellent eye sight, but as it turns out, that guy was just getting a beer. :)
Racer: I hadn't heard that they reduced seating....interesting. That begs the question: is it still considered lower attendence if there are less seats than last year, yet all the seats available are sold??? Or were they just adjusting the seating to improve the way the crowd looks on TV???
