I'd put Lepage's move up there with the move Yeley made coming to pit road at Charlotte 2 years ago, where he almost killed Mark Martin. I'm also reminded of Dave Blaney at Daytona last year, driving down pit road to avoid a wreck then coming back onto the track at full speed with tires flat and slamming into Ken Schrader.
As for McDowell, his overcorrection was eerily reminiscent of Gordon Smiley at Indy 500 qualifying in 1982. When I first saw McDowell's replay, that was immediately the first thing that came to mind. Much different result this time, thankfully. If you don't know what I'm talking about, do yourself a favor and don't look up the video, its sickening.
