NASCAR Parks Gordon

Robby Gordon is making headlines again, and just like times in the past, it's not positive news.

Gordon will not be able to compete in today's NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono Raceway as a result of his actions in yesterday's Busch Series event in Montreal.

"Towards the end of Saturday’s race at Montreal, Robby Gordon demonstrated blatant disrespect and disregard for NASCAR directives – on multiple occasions. His actions were certainly disruptive to the orderly conduct of the event," said Kerry Tharp, NASCAR's Director of Communications for Competition.

Parking of a driver is final, non-appealable and non-reviewable.
